Each concert is informal, with cafe style seating, lasts just under an hour, and entrance is free with a retiring collection..

Wednesday 24 August 11am      A Tour of the British Isles

 @trioparadisbath– Jacquelyn Bevan (piano), Lisa Betteridge (violin) & Linda Stocks (cello) – formed in 2009 and are a classical piano trio who specialise in performing music by women composers.

As well as giving concerts at South West music venues and festivals including Priston, Frome, Westbury and Three Towers Festivals, the trio have also performed further afield, including the prestigious Leipzig Mendelssohnhaus.

Since 2012 Trio Paradis have been the Palm Court Trio in residence at Midsomer Norton Town Hall. The Trio have been awarded Arts Council and National Lottery funding to bring their free/’pay what you think’ daytime Cafe Concerts to community venues across Somerset.

Trio Paradis: Tango! – the Latin American Collection

An exciting collection of Latin American dances in beautiful arrangements for piano and strings, including Albeniz Tango in D, Por una Cabeza, the famous Jalousie Tango, Piazzolla’s moody Oblivion Tango and Bragato’s stunning Graciela and Buenos Aires Tango.. Home-made cakes, and tea & coffee available.

Trio Paradis: A Tour of the British Isles

Around Britain in about 60 minutes… Music – classical, jazz and folk styles – includes original arrangements of My Love is like a Red, Red Rose, the Helston Floral Dance, The Londonderry Air, Scarborough Fair and Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Greensleeves. Home-made cakes, and tea & coffee available.
